With 13 years of experience as an early primary teacher, I specialize in early childhood learning, inclusive education, and educational leadership. I’m passionate about play-based learning and have designed this camp to be both educational and full of adventure!
A Day at Curious Minds Summer Camp

Choose from full-day or half-day sessions:
- 🌿 Full-Day Camp (9 AM – 4 PM): $395/child per week *taxes incl. in the fee
🚨 Spots are extremely limited! Only 8 campers per session – once they’re gone, they’re gone!
Week 1: July 2-4 (3 day camp, $235/child for full day) *taxes incl. in the fee
Week 2: August 11-15 (full day spots, *this week is filling up)
Week 3: August 18-19 (full)

Who is this camp for?
Curious Minds Summer Camp is ideal for children who have completed Kindergarten to Grade 3 (older kids also welcome).
It’s perfect for kids who:

✅ Can follow directions and play cooperatively
Where is the camp located?
The camp is based in the Gordon Head area, with daily walking adventures to local parks, beaches, and nature spaces. Drop-off and pick-up details will be provided after registration.
*children will not be entering bodies of water
What are the camp hours?
- Full-Day: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
What should my child bring?
🎒 A nut-free lunch (full day) and snacks
💧 A water bottle
🧢 A hat and sunscreen
👕 Comfortable clothing & closed-toe shoes
🦟 Bug spray (optional but recommended)
How many kids are in each session?
Each session is limited to 8 children, ensuring a small-group, personalized experience. A responsible middle school-aged junior leader will also be present to assist throughout the day.
What if my child has trouble following directions?
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, children must be able to:
✔️ Follow simple instructions
✔️ Engage respectfully with peers
✔️ Stay with the group during outings
If a child struggles to follow directions, parents will be contacted. Repeated challenges may result in dismissal without a refund.

What is the refund policy?
Due to the limited number of spots, refunds are only available if:
- Cancellation is made at least 14 days before the session starts (minus a $50 admin fee).
- A medical emergency prevents attendance (doctor’s note required).
